In this episode we discuss the complexities of the knee and common pre-existing injuries we see in clients. Training with a knee injury or post-surgery can be extremely beneficial, if you know what to do and more importantly, what not to do. We explain some of the basic principles for training with bad knees and then discuss things you can do to make sure you never have a knee injury in the first place.
