Your life in a jar or the jar concept is basically about finding balance with everything in your life by ensuring you have all your priorities in line and in the way you need them to be.

The big rocks should go first in the jar, followed by the small rocks and then the sand. If you put sand first, then the big rocks won’t fit. The big rocks are the main things in your life, such as family, friends, health, school, career, etc. Without prioritizing the big rocks, everything else will fall out of place.

In today’s episode, we focus mainly on identifying what the big rocks are in your life and how to prioritize them. We’ll then talk about small rocks and sand in subsequent episodes and how they all fit like a beautiful puzzle in your life.
